This special magnesium oil comes from the magnesium chloride deposits of the former Zechstein Sea, which dried up around 250 million years ago. The Zechstein Sea is regarded worldwide as the purest and most natural source of high-quality magnesium chloride.
Spray 3 to 5 spray strokes daily onto the skin (e.g. arms, shoulders, thighs and lower legs, stomach) and massage in. Use sparingly the first time and slowly increase the dose.

Shelf life after opening approx. 3 years
Do not take orally and keep out of the reach of children. Do not apply to open wounds and broken skin. Avoid eyes and mouth areas. When applied to a large area, there may be a slight feeling of warmth. This is normal and due to the effects of magnesium.
