Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. You must return the goods to us within the cancellation period (14 days). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VIA GU LLC, 2880W OAKLAND PARK BLVD, SUITE 225C, OAKLAND PARK, FL. US 33311, USA) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by giving a reason: You can do this on the return form provided by us. You will receive the return form, which you have to fill out and enclose with the return, together with a free return label from us by e-mail: Contact us by e-mail at info(at)viagu(.)de and let us know about your decision.

We will send you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the return. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

     I would like to return item(s) from order ****. I ask for a return form and a return label to send back the product(s).
  2. You will receive a return form to fill out and a free DHL return label for returning the item(s).

  3. We will confirm acceptance of the return immediately after receipt by e-mail and process it according to the return form (exchange/complaint/return).
